Echigo Farm

Mark Frank and his wife Kumiko run the organic farm in the countryside of Symore, Missouri. Echigo farm was named after Kumiko's hometown, Echigo area of Niigata in the east-north of Japan. They got the traditional Amish townhouse which was built more than 100 years ago. Their lifestyle is nearly a self-sufficient. They have enjoyed the coexistence with nature since 2010. The farm mainly raises Japanese veges.
